A complete, accurate list of every cookie KaydPOS actually sets — verified directly against the live site, not a generic template.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data stored in your browser. This page lists every cookie KaydPOS actually sets, verified directly against the live site rather than copied from a template — there are exactly two, and both are strictly necessary for the site to function.
2. Cookies we use
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration | Party |

Because only strictly-necessary cookies are used, there is no "accept/reject" choice to offer — these cookies cannot be turned off without breaking core functionality like staying logged in and being protected against cross-site request forgery. This is stated plainly rather than presented behind a misleading "Accept All" banner.
3. Analytics and advertising
KaydPOS does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies or trackers of any kind — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, nothing that profiles visitors across sites. If this ever changes, this page will be updated first, and non-essential cookies will not be loaded before you've given consent through a proper consent control.
4. Other third-party resources
The website loads a small number of third-party resources that are not tracking cookies but are worth disclosing:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — used to display the site's typography.
- Font Awesome (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — used for icon rendering.
- Google reCAPTCHA — only loaded on pages where the feature is actually enabled; it is currently disabled site-wide, so this script does not load at all in the current configuration.
None of these currently set tracking cookies on this site as configured.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
Since KaydPOS only uses cookies necessary for you to log in and use the platform securely, blocking them in your browser will prevent the site from working correctly. You can still view, delete or block cookies through your browser's own settings at any time.
6. Changes to this policy
If we introduce any cookie beyond the two listed above, this page will be updated and, where legally required, a consent mechanism will be added before non-essential cookies load.
