Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data.
What you can request
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — fixing inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion — removal of your personal data, where applicable
- Restriction — limiting how your data is processed
- Objection — objecting to certain processing
- Portability — receiving your data in a portable format
If your data was entered into KaydPOS by a business you're a customer of, that business is normally the controller of that data (see the Privacy Policy, Section 1). We may need to route your request to that business rather than act on it directly ourselves.
To protect against someone wrongly requesting another person's data, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request — we'll ask only for what's reasonably necessary for that, not broad identity documents by default. We also won't confirm or deny whether a specific person's data exists in any particular business's database as part of this process — that determination, if needed, is handled carefully and only through the relevant controller.
