This is the complete list. KaydPOS does not currently use any analytics, advertising, error-monitoring, or payment-processing subprocessor, because none of those services are active on the platform as of this document's last update — this was verified by direct inspection of the platform's configuration, not assumed.
2. How this list is verified
Each entry above reflects a service actually configured and in use by the KaydPOS platform. Rather than list a generic set of "typical SaaS subprocessors," we checked the platform's own configuration directly and only listed what's genuinely active.
3. Notice of material changes
If we add or replace a subprocessor in a way that materially changes the nature of processing, we will update this page and, for subscribed businesses, provide notice as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
